Cigar News: Aganorsa Leaf Announces Stateline Exclusive Cigar

Today, Aganorsa Leaf has announced an exclusive cigar with their retail partner Stateline Cigar Lounge in Newark, Delaware. The new cigar is simply called “Stateline.” The blend uses entirely Aganorsa tobacco including a corojo 99 wrapper from Jalapa, and binder and filler tobaccos from their farms in Esteli, Jalapa, and Condega. Stateline comes in one size, a 6 x 50 toro.

Top 25 Cigars of the Year – 2018

Each of our panelists were given 10 votes to towards our Top 25 Cigars of the Year – 2018. As with previous years, the order of their votes mattered as their #1 vote is worth twice as much as their #10. Our list is made up of cigars that had a wide release this year. The cigars that are eligible do not have to have been reviewed on Blind Man’s Puff, but the reviewer must have smoke it at some point to vote for it.

Cigar News: Aganorsa Leaf Announces Aniversario Perfecto

Aganorsa Leaf (formerly Casa Fernandez) has announced a one-time release production of their Aniversario line in a perfecto exclusively to IPCPR attendees. Production is limited to 250 boxes of 10 cigars and can only be ordered from their booth. The cigar measure 6 1/4″ x 52 and is bunched and rolled in Miami using Aganorsa tobacco. The blend uses a Corojo 99 wrapper and binder and filler from Jalapa and Esteli.

Cigar News: Terence Reilly Joins Casa Fernandez As VP of Sales And Marketing

Terence Reilly has returned to the cigar industry. The former national sales manager for Quesada Cigars has been hired by the Aganorsa/Casa Fernandez conglomerate as its new senior vice president in charge of sales and marketing. Reilly’s new position comes less than a month after he resigned from Quesada, where he worked for more than eight years.
