"Overall, this was a good cigar, it started off better than it finished however. The flavors went from sweet tobacco and vanilla changing to a harsher sweet tobacco with the vanilla going away. The only other flavor transition I picked up was in the final third it gained a coffee and cedar taste. Had it not been for the issues of construction and the multiple relites it would have been much more enjoyable. I would definitely try this cigar again hoping for better performance as the flavors were decent." -Angel M. (Angel)
"This was a big cigar and a long smoke. The flavors were consistent the whole time. It was dark cocoa, cinnamon, and mild noted of salty nutty flavors. Strong black pepper that was intense at times and went deep into the chest. This is a steakhouse cigar. I would l make sure you eat a big meal and have a 4-6 finger pour of bourbon when smoking this one." -Chad M. (Chad Tchad)
"This was a very sweet deep dark chocolate fruity smoke. I don't often like sweet smoking cigars but this one was very enjoyable. The retrohale was very different with complex sweetness, red pepper bursts, and pipe tobacco flavor to it. I would really like to have a couple more of these to try and possibly consider added to my humidor. For the blind tasting I had a Mexican mineral water but I believe a good bourbon or peaty scotch would pair excellently with this smoke." -Chad M. (Chad Tchad)
Emilio Cigars (under the Oveja Negra Brands) will be showing off a new line at this year’s PCA trade show in Las Vegas: Suave Maduro. This will be a regular production cigar and should start shipping later in the summer. Black Label Trading company took over the blends and branding for Emilio cigars three years ago and the first release after the rebranding was an updated Emilio Suave line.
"This cigar had many of the things I enjoy... great construction, draw, and burn with a wonderful medium-full bodied profile. The complexity of this cigar was fairly decent as well, ranging in flavors from leather, black pepper, cream, peanut butter, and malt made for a fantastic combination. All these fine attributes made for a smoke I'd pick up again, and so should you!" -John A. (Bostoneo)

"While not the most complex, the flavor profile is definitely something of interest for me. There's a potency in it that I enjoy and it sticks around the entire time. Between that and it being well constructed, I have no issues suggesting you at least check these out. Unless of course, you prefer things on the lighter or milder side. Then maybe not so much. " -Doug S. (Unpossible_1)
"This was an enjoyable cigar for me. A little strong on the finish, but the start and middle parts were very memorable. On top of that, it can easily be enjoyed if time is short, and can safely be paired with coffee and tea, as well as with spiced sodas and most beers and spirits. Hopefully, more of these will find their way into my humidor." -Kevin A. (Kevin A.)

·"This little cigar delivered high in the satisfaction department. Although small, it delivered very well on the flavor side, performed well, and did not take a long time to smoke. This could easily be added to my regular rotation when looking for a flavor-filled cigar that I can enjoy all of it when time is short, like during a lunch break at work or in the middle of a busy weekend day when I don't have 1 1/2 to 2 hours to sit and smoke a cigar. Can't wait to find out what this is!" -Kevin A. (Kevin A.)
