Back in November of 2017, Blind Man’s Puff published the blind panel review of the Protocol Themis by Cubariqueño Cigar Co. The cigar was a hit with our panelists, scoring a 91 averaged across the 5 panelists who reviewed it. Now, to continue that line, they are introducing this tasty cigar in a fan-favorite Lancero vitola. This new cigar will be officially introduced next month at the 2018 IPCPR trade show in Las Vegas.
The previous lancero releases from Cubariqueño have met great critical acclaim, and solid sales for the young cigar company. As with all other cigars from Cubariqueño, the Protocol Themis Lancero is being made by hand at Erik Espinosa‘s LaZona Factory in Estelí, Nicaragua.
The Themis Lancero is the classic 7 1/2 X 38 format in 10-count boxes. The cigar has an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper around Nicaraguan binder and Nicaraguan fillers. MSRP will be $10.50/cigar. Cigars are available now on BerkeleyHumidor.com and will ship to other Protocol retailers on July 1, 2018.
