JM Tobacco has launched its latest premium cigar, , in bundles. The company began shipping the cigar in limited numbers to retailers in May. The latest in JM’s product portfolio, is 100% long-filler and all handmade.

A pioneer in value-priced cigars, JM has built its fifteen-year reputation on top-quality cigars that are affordable every-day smokes. Company president , borrows an adage from the food industry, saying, “We eat with our eyes,” referring to ‘s presentation and appearance. “A good chef knows presentation piques the appetite. Likewise, we have focused on a presentation that complements the cigar’s lush appearance. ‘s select San Andreas, Mexico, wrapper is extraordinarily appealing … smooth and sleek, a spotless complexion and no prominent veins. When we first saw this tobacco, we recognized it as the finest quality Mexican leaf we’d seen. Although not technically a wrapper, it is naturally dark enough to pass for . The binder is also a true -seed broadleaf , giving this cigar an unusually rich depth. Dominican ligero and seco tobaccos comprise the filler.”

The presentation Mahroukian speaks of emphasizes quality … and more importantly, value. He cites an example, “A Ferrari offers superb quality and performance, but is extremely costly. The same quality and performance with a price tag half that of the Ferrari, however, adds one important ingredient … value. , like all JM cigars, offers top performance and quality, but at very accessible prices. What you get for the price … that’s the definition of value.”

The presentation mentioned above consists of cellophane wrapping and banding each cigar, packaging them in 20-count bundles, tying a satin ribbon around them and plastic-wrapping the . A wrap-around sleeve and each cigar’s band reflect the concept of added value implied in the “Preferred” theme by depicting stock-certificate engraved artwork.

Mahroukian describes ‘s performance as “medium bodied, with a slightly sweet taste and hints of chocolate and coffee. The cigar is so smooth, it’s the perfect afternoon smoke, and a great entry-level cigar. And, at less than $5.00 MSRP, it won’t break the pocketbook.”

Four classic shapes are offered: Robusto (5″ x 50), (6″ x 50), Churchill (7″ x 50) and Torpedo (6″ x 52). is currently available at tobacco retailers nationwide.
