The Wormhole line was created by Foundry Tobacco Company to combine the past, present and future. They offer three blends, the 1964, the 2014 and the 2064. There is no real blend info released for these cigars.
This cigar carried a bit more strength than I expected based on previous cigars from HVC. It has darker flavors which would make me lean towards smoking it in the evening or as a final cigar of a multi-cigar smoking experience. There weren’t many transitions, but that is OK as the cigars flavors were good. I wouldn’t recommend this cigar to a new smoker, but rather someone that is interested in strength along with flavors of earthiness, coffee and wood.
I really dug the flavors I got right off the bat as well as the pepper that was there for the first inch or so. After everything mellowed out, it became a little less interesting. Slight transitions of creaminess went along with the wood. Not a bad cigar when wood was the dominant flavor, just not as desirable as the previous flavors.
This was a very nice cigar. There were a core set of flavors that made many transitions throughout. Lots of pepper in the initial third along with cedar and cream. Some sweetness went in and out and the mineral flavor that showed up in the second half of the cigar was a welcome addition. The performance was fantastic and allowed me to just focus on the flavors. A good amount of strength along with the fuller body would make me recommend this as an evening cigar after a meal or as a second or later cigar in the day.

·"This cigar had some unique flavors and quite a few transitions. I'm very interested to find out what this is as it is definitely something I would reach for on occasion to enjoy this unique experience." -Aaron (aaron72)
Earlier this year, Royal Agio Cigars, the parent company that owns the Panter and Mehari's brands, entered into an agreement with Drew Estate who will be handling the distribution of these brands in the United States.
The cigar was very good overall. Slight transitions during the smoke, which kept it interesting enough. The flavors were good and present enough that you didn’t need to search for them. I think this cigar would pair very well with coffee, so maybe a morning or early afternoon smoke. The performance was very good. I could see myself smoking another one of these.
The cigar performed very well. The flavors in the first two thirds were very good with a slight drop off in the final third with some bitterness creeping in. That bitterness went away, but it still was a drop off compared to the previous thirds. I would be interested to see if the flavors in the final third improve with a little more rest. I have another sample which I will wait on for a little bit and revisit. Overall, with the good draw, burn and the predominantly good flavors, this is definitely a cigar I would smoke again.
"The wrapper is extremely dark almost to the point of being black. The wrapper is extremely toothy and a bit splotchy in color. There are only a couple light vanes visible." -Jason (bigslowrock)
