Blind Cigar Review: Crux | Passport Corona Gorda

“Overall, a very good cigar. The first two thirds of the cigar was awesome. It really kept me on my toes of trying to figure out that “wood fire” and “hickory bbq” note. I would happily get a fiver of this cigar. A couple to smoke now and a few to smoke within the half year marks. Great way to end my BMP review year with this tastiness!” -Jiunn (jliu)

Blind Cigar Review: Dunhill | Aged Condados

“I did enjoy this cigar, but I wish it had been a little more complex or had some more transitions. It wasn’t as dry as some Connecticut cigars and I appreciated that, but it did get a little boring. If the price is right, I would consider picking up a five pack of these. For fans of milder and Connecticut cigars, I would recommend giving it a try.” -Emmett (rhetorik)

Blind Cigar Review: Cohiba | Nicaragua N50 (Prerelease)

“I really enjoyed the peek-a-boo with the spiciness at the beginning of each third. The first and final thirds offered the best flavors while the middle section was a let down for me. Sadly, the wrapper coming apart near the end really hurt the overall experience.” -Gregg (McGreggor57)

Blind Cigar Review: Charlie Toraño | Captiva Robusto

“Overall, this was a good cigar. If the pepper did not lodge in the back of my throat, I would have rated this cigar a notch higher. The pockets of perfume like floral notes, coffee and cream was excellent. I wish these notes held on throughout the cigar. The last third was a bit of a let down due to the lack of concentrated flavors as compared to the first and second third. If I was given the opportunity to smoke this again, I would hold onto it hoping age will cure the pepper.” -Jiunn (jliu)

Blind Cigar Review: Stogie Boys | Classic Shorty

“Assuming the price is right, this is one of those cigars that can meet your need in the rotation. Great winter smoke or just a quick one when time is short. I really liked the flavors although not a very complex cigar. If the flavor profile sounds like your type of cigar, I would have no problem recommending picking some up.” -Jason (bigslowrock)

Blind Cigar Review: La Aurora | 107 Maduro Lancero “Bow Tie”

“There wasn’t a lot of interest even though the middle third kept me anticipating the next draw. The flavors worked well together but never really seemed to wow me. This would probably be better paired with a flavorful drink.” -Gregg (McGreggor57)

Blind Cigar Review: Emilio | La Musa Mousa Lancero

“This cigar was a performer…looks, burn, draw and flavor…all top notch in my book. I could easily see myself paying in excess of $10 for these…a little speedy for everyday, but just right for a top notch smoke. Highly recommended for Lancero fans who like some flavor and enough strength to let you know it’s there…where can I get a box…or at least a fiver!?” -Jason H. (Jokey Smurf)

Blind Cigar Review: Emilio | La Musa Melete Lancero

“As long a smoke as this cigar was, I nubbed it and wished that it wouldn’t stop. You just can’t beat a cigar with a great flavor profile and a great burn. If I had another one in the humidor, I would have went and gotten it to smoke it immediately. Someone send me another one or box! Seriously, I will be looking to pick some up on the reveal.” -Jason (bigslowrock)
