"Overall, this was an okay cigar for me. I’m not sure if I’d reach for a second given the issues I had with the burn, wavy and prone to going out, and draw, a bit tight but not unsmokable. The first third was the best with tasty oak, vanilla, and leather notes; however, it was a downward slope from there as the body & strength kicked up a few times throughout this session. Ultimately, this cigar ended with a muddled profile of sweetness and black pepper and eventually went out no matter how much it was stoked. " -John A. (Bostoneo)

"The first third was great and I was hoping that it would continue but it fell off at the middle and went off the rails at the end in terms of flavor. The look and feel of the cigar make me think it's very well made and even with ashy flavor at the end it still had great smoke production and produced a nice creamy smoke. “A great smoke in just about every way. I am not normally a fan of anything bigger than 50 RG, and rarely chose to smoke anything toro length or longer, but I would gladly smoke one of these again. The blend was nice, the profile hit a personal sweet spot for me, and the complete lack of a need for maintenance despite my inconsistent smoking over a period of more than an hour and a half, made smoking this cigar a very enjoyable experience.” –Dave W. The best part was the slightly sweet taste left on the palate. The aroma was that of a cedar log burning in the fireplace that made this one even more enjoyable. Definitely one for the humidor.
