"The aroma of dark chocolate and barnyard let me know from the get-go that this cigar wasn't going to play around. That first blast of red pepper just confirmed it. While not overly complex, this cigar was still enjoyable enough as the notes were quite prominent throughout the entire duration. I would also point out that I did not have issues with it staying lit, which can be a problem for me when smoking smaller ring gauges. You really have to be attentive to them. The size was a bit intimidating to me since I prefer smaller ring gauge and in more of a corona or Corona Gorda size, but this cigar was dare I say.......epic in its performance? As a result of this loose construction, I feel the flavors were a bit light on the mouthfeel. Flavor-wise, it wasn't too interesting but wasn't horrible by any means as leather, char, and some other earthlike flavors were evident.
