Blind Cigar Review: Joya de Nicaragua | Rosalones Reserva R546

“This was a good cigar with wonderful flavors and a personality. The taste started off on the medium strong side, went mild and then came back to a strong flavor. The black tea and cinnamon were wonderfully balanced and left a nice spicy taste on the tongue. The strength never got too strong to make me even think of putting it down. The tea and cinnamon remained consistent throughout the entire smoke. Definitely one for the humidor.” -Eric (smalls29)

Blind Cigar Review: My Father | La Opulencia Corona

“As ugly as this cigar was, it goes to show that you can’t judge a book by the cover. The flavors were so good. There was complexity, and yet consistent notes that pulled everything together. I would gladly reach for this cigar again. ” -Matthew T. (A Huge Nerd)

Blind Cigar Review: Crowned Heads | Las Calaveras 2017 LC46

“I really enjoyed this cigar and would definitely add it to my routine repertoire. I’m not a big pepper fan but the amount of pepper in this cigar was perfect. Not overpowering but well balanced with the other flavors to create a cigar that consistently kept my attention but was also relaxing and smooth. This is a great cigar for either an intermediate or experienced cigar smoker.” -Diana (ArmyRN)

Blind Cigar Review: La Aurora | ADN Dominicano Robusto

“This is a great cigar. It’s certainly mild throughout, but the flavors were on point and is a great cigar for start the day. It reminds me why I enjoy smoking cigars; the relaxing nature, ease of smoking, and enjoyment of taking time out of the day to relax. I would certainly recommend this to someone who enjoys milder smoking experiences. ” -Alan (Eulogy)

Blind Cigar Review: Black Label Trading Company | Morphine Lancero

“This cigar had some personality. The beginning was nicely balanced with teas, coffees, chocolates and some oak. The peppery tingle came in about half way though but soon everything gelled into a strong cup of coffee or tea. In the final third, near the end, it leveled off into a good cup of tea. Overall I enjoys this one. I just don’t like the length of time needed. This would be a good one for the humidor if it were shorter.” -Eric (smalls29)

Blind Cigar Review: Southern Draw | Quick Draw Connecticut Short Panatela

“A very enjoyable cigar. Mild to medium in flavor and a nice balance of flavors. I enjoyed the pepper and Connecticut stayed well balanced throughout. I was worried about the splitting of the cap but it stayed together well. I did get a couple of flakes in the mouth but it did not deter from the experience. This is definitely one to enjoy with a cup of coffee, maybe a blonde ale.” -Eric (smalls29)
