Fratello Cigars is adding a new blend to their portfolio: Fratello Piccolo. The blend is based on the Classico blend but uses a different wrapper and is in a new vitola. The wrapper on the Fratello Piccolo is an Ecuadorian Habano. This replaces the Nicaraugan Habano on the original.
Foundation Cigar Company released the original Highclere Castle in 2017. Now they are adding a line extension in the form of a maduro wrapper called Highclere Castle Victorian. This new blend will be shown off at IPCPR 2019 and will ship August 2019.
La Aurora Cigars has announced an new addition to their 107 lineup: 107 Cosecha 2007. This is a followup to the 2017 release of the 107 Cosecha 2006. The 2007 vintage will debut at IPCPR 2019 and contains tobacco all harvested from the same year.
Emilio Cigars is bringing back two blends from the past Suave and La Musa. These cigars have been re-blended and the artwork revamped by James Brown owner of BLTC and Fabrica Oveja Negra. Both cigars are now rolled at Fabrica Oveja Negra in Esteli, Nicaragua.

Joya de Nicaragua is adding a new vitola to the Cinco Décadas line: Cinco Décadas Fundador. The name "Fundador" translates to "Founder" and is a tribute to Juan Francisco Bermejo and Simón Camacho, two men attibuted with the rise of cigars in Nicaragua. It will be shown off at IPCPR 2019.
Antigua Esteli Cigars will release Segovias at this years IPCPR 2019 trade show. It is offered in two blends, Habano Oscuro, using an Ecuadorian Habano Oscuro wrapper, and Maduro, Mexican Maduro San Andres wrapper. The rest of the blend uses tobacco from Nicaragua. It is described as medium to full-bodied and comes in three sizes: Robusto, Torpedo, and Semi Box Press Toro.
Aganorsa Leaf, today, announced an extension to their Guardian of the Farm line, Guardian of the Farm Nightwatch. This version was blended by Max Fernandez and Kyle Gellis of Warped Cigars be a more intense smoke. The blend uses Aganorsa’s proprietary Shade Grown Corojo Maduro wrapper.
Mombacho Cigars S.A. has given new details about its latest installment of the annual Cosecha series. This will be the third in the series: Mombacho Cosecha 2014. The series started in 2017 with the Mombacho Cosecha 2012. That cigar scored a hefty 94 points in our review and made #5 on our top 25 list. Mombacho Cosecha cigars are a Nicaraguan puro, and true vintage, meaning they have been aging after being rolled.
The first Two Guys Smoke Shop Firecracker came about in 2006 when owner David Garofalo partnered with Don Pepin Garcia while visiting for a series of events. At one of these events, Garofalo asked Garcia to roll a cigar with a fuse on it and the rest is history.
