Gurkha Cigars started shipping the special edition 15-year Cellar Reserve cigar to stores across the United States. This cigar was created to commemorate the Cellar Reserve’s 10-year anniversary. The Cellar Reserve is the company’s first brick and mortar cigar and its most successful brand and this anniversary edition was very well received during this year’s IPCPR.

Gurkha Cigars have announced a cigar that will exclusively be made for Gurkha Lounges and for retailers with more than 25 Gurkha facings. This new Lounge Exclusive will be available with a Maduro or Habano wrapper. The cigar will be made available to the seven exclusive Gurkha Lounges and any retailers that carry more than 25 Gurkha facings and that are not within a 25-mile radius of the official Gurkha lounges.
Gurkha Cigars has announced the re-release of their Castle Hall Nicaragua line. The original line came out in 2003 and is considered grandfathered into new FDA regulations. Gurkha Castle Hall Nicaragua is an extension of the regular Castle Hall line, which is focused on value and made in the Dominican Republic. The Nicaragua version is being rolled at ACC (Cacitrasa) in Esteli, Nicaragua.
Gurkha Cigar Group has announced that their Revenant Sampler Bags are shipping now to retailers. The Revenant was officially debuted at PCA 2021 with two wrapper options, Maduro and Corojo. This year the company decided to offer those cigars in a new Sampler bag along with a preview of the new Connecticut version of that blend.

Over the years, the cigar industry has seen many special releases for the Tobacconist Association of America (TAA). Of those releases, many of the biggest brands in the industry have been represented, with a notable exception. Gurkha Cigars, one of the most widely recognized premium cigar brands in the world, never released a limited TAA Exclusive cigar. That all changes this year.
