"Overall I really enjoyed this cigar. Some great flavor notes throughout that changed up enough to keep me interested. For me this cigar was a little on the mild side and I would not want to smoke it outside of my first cigar of the day." -Zane G. (Zane)

·"Flavors were very consistent, which is a good thing, it didn't burn hot or anything like that at all. Very tasty all the way through, and would say it was a medium, but eventually became a medium-full." -Mickey T. (irratebass)

·"Ok...I like lonsdale and Lancero cigars but this was a very good cigar. It had depth of flavor and was very interesting. Construction was excellent, and the performance was really exemplary. I will gladly recommend this to anyone who is ready to move from mild to medium. Now to find out what it is so I can buy a box!" -Jason H. (Jokey Smurf)

·"This is a very good cigar that could be smoked after your son's bar mitzvah or after you knock-out some asshole that drank you beer, I digress. Any cigar guy would enjoy this cigar as rich tobacco is very evident on the exhale and palate. The retro had a touch of sweetness that lingered with the cream and grass. That being said if you sit back and pay attention to this cigar you can pick up the nuances in this blend. This is a classic blend and I wouldn't be surprised if the blender is a descendant of a family rich in tobacco and cigar culture. If the price is right, this premium cigar offering box-worthy." -Matt C. (Big Matt)

"With flavors in the first and middle third that were pleasant and consistent, but not boring, I was really hoping the cigar would finish out the same way. Even though it didn't, I can't complain. While I didn't enjoy the flavors as much at the end, they were not bad, I was just hoping for more of the good stuff from earlier. All in all, this one was pleasant and classic. One I would probably try to smoke again." -Matthew T. (A Huge Nerd)

·"With a lot of cigars I find the cedar to be a bit heavy handed, not so with this one. The transition from a mature cedar to slightly charred then to a young sweeter one was very nice. The addition of hay, grass and leather paired well with the background flavors of nuts, coffee and cocoa. This cigar certainly offered me a very pleasant smoking experience." -Gregg (McGreggor57)
"Perfectly balanced and medium bodied is the best way to sum up this cigar. I had the opportunity to smoke two of these premium cigar offerings... that is like 16" of cigar.. never once did a harsh flavor cross my palate. On the exhale we had cedar, white pepper, herbs, antique tobacco, malts, and a little bit of sweetness. Retro had a delicious creamy airy lemon cake and cedar. Multi-country blend for sure. Perfect construction and burn. This cigar had flavors that reminded me of a old Cuban cigar from the 1980's with double the damn body. Aroma had an ancient library smell. This cigar would do very well in the European market. I'm done. Bravo." -Matt C. (Big Matt)

"Aside from a couple minor touch-ups, the burn was good throughout. Considering how oily the wrapper was, that was pretty impressive. The ash was somewhat flaky, but it's a lancero so that was expected." -Matthew T. (A Huge Nerd)
