"I enjoyed this cigar it kept giving me notes of sweet tobacco, coffee, German chocolate cake, and even some cream soda at the end. This cigar started out nice with the sweetness then let up and brought in the wood and earthy notes, but the sweetness never left and even returned at the end. I will let you know dear readers that this does require some time commitment. I wouldn't suggest you smoke this cigar in the elements unless it's a nice spring or fall day." -Mickey T. (irratebass)

Warped Cigars has announced their latest release: Sky Moon. This cigar started as a personal blend for brand owner Kyle Gellis and was only handed out to people at events from him personally, but will now be available in a single production limited run. The cigar comes in one size, a 5.5 x 42 corona with a unique 109 cap. Kyle wanted to craft something very unique for this cigar years ago so they had a small amount of custom molds made that would allow them to create this Corona 109 and give fans something they hadn't seen for the brand before.
The Premium Cigar Industry had a huge victory in the area of cigar regulation. In perhaps the biggest news since the deeming regulations were announced in 2016, those rules have now been completely vacated by the FDA. The ruling means that the deeming regulations introduced by the agency in 2016 do not apply to any cigar that meets the court’s definition of “premium cigar,” meaning that those cigars are unregulated in the U.S.

After facing backlash from manufacturers, retailers, and media about their proposed cigar convention next year, CigarCon, the PCA (formerly IPCPR) has cancelled the event, for next year at least. The association says they are still considering if for 2021. They have also created a sub-committee to focus on CigarCon in the hopes of planning it in the future.
