"Overall, a great cigar. Plenty of smoke and enjoyable flavors. Although the flavor transitions were not super complex, the flavors of leather, cedar, and the later presence of sweetness made for an overall pleasurable experience. The temperature from the smoke was fairly cool and I was able to take this one all the way down to a nub and never really picked up any harshness. I will definitely smoke this cigar again." -Angel M. (Angel)
"This was a very enjoyable smoke. The flavors stayed present through all parts of the smoke. The thick mouthfeel was nice. The strong coffee flavor was intense to the point it felt like I was pairing a coffee with this cigar. Other notes of earthy, cocoa and mild black pepper spice came through as well." -Chad M. (Chad Tchad)
Imagine a car enthusiast having an opportunity to tour the Ferrari factory in Maranello, or someone who is a collector of fine watches going to visit Patek Philippe in Geneva. The chance to actually see your favorite products being constructed by hand can be a real treat for the senses, and it can also give a heightened respect for the work that goes into creating these items that we love so much. For premium cigar lovers the products that we consume are some of the most artfully and painstakingly crafted products in the world. Still, so many cigar lovers still don't have the first-hand experience of seeing what goes into growing fine tobacco and crafting great cigars. During Puro Sabor 2018 I was able to visit a number of cigar factories, large and small. In this second article of the series about the festival I will take you through these factories in the same order that I visited them.
This year, we decided to give you a tour of the show through the pictures we took while we were there. Some are of new items, and some are just things we thought were interesting. We will have a new slideshow for each major manufacturer and one big one for the smaller manufacturers.
"This was a good cigar. The sweetness and mellowness at the beginning made for a great start and the cigar developed nicely into a medium-full well well-flavored smoking experience. This is a cigar that I would be proud to have in my humidor." -Kevin A. (Kevin A.)

"This was a very enjoyable cigar based upon flavor and performance. My only complaint is the flavors becoming somewhat muted during the middle portion. I would highly recommend this to any smoker who enjoys bold flavors and has a bit of time to dedicate to the experience. I’d love to pick up a five-pack of these for future enjoyment." -Jason H. (Jokey Smurf
"This cigar started out great. It had a remarkable flavor combination of graham cracker and leather that I would have otherwise wouldn't have seen coming. The burn was outstanding with nothing but a kiss of flame at the beginning to kick off a couple hours of enjoyment. Sadly, there was little flavor transition through the cigar until the flavors seemed to fall apart in the final third. I will likely give this cigar another shot, but not without at least a few months time in the humidor to rest." -Isaac M. (The Nothing)
