"This cigar hit on all cylinders for me... construction, draw, flavors... I’m a definite fan of this flavor profile and would recommend this to anyone who can handle full flavors and strength...I love it! My only complaint would be the resting aroma... it was not nearly as pleasant as the flavors and was sharp and harsh. Blind Cigar Review: La Aurora | 115th Anniversary Robusto

"I really dug this cigar even though it's not something that's in my normal flavor profile. While the flavors were consistent throughout they were fairly satisfying. I really enjoyed the saltiness begging me to have something close at hand to drink. The burn was excellent. The ash fell through each third. Blind Cigar Review: La Aurora | 1985 Maduro Robusto

"Any cigar that does not become bitter near the end is a good one. The spices for most of the time were a nice blend of cinnamon and nutmeg with a great spice tingle. Towards the end the black licorice came in but was not over bearing. All in all this is one that will pair well with a single malt scotch. "Pretty solid medium bodied cigar. Not fully my cup of tea, but there were aspects of it that I certainly enjoyed. The transitions from the early portion to the mid portion as well as the mid range to the finale were also really elegant.
