Rocky Patel announced this week that new Java Maduro x-press would be shipping. The new vitola is a parejo shape (4 x 32) and is sold in 10-count tins.
This year, we decided to give you a tour of the show through the pictures we took while we were there. Some are of new items, and some are just things we thought were interesting. These manufacturers were not sharing booth space, we just combined them into a single slideshow due to the number of pictures we had from each.

·The Rocky Mountain Cigar festival is always a great event with good people, and awesome vendors. It has been growing steadily since it's inception in 2011. Unfortunately I was deathly ill last year and wasn't able to attend and see the new venue. This year I was feeling great and ready to smoke, and it didn't disappoint. Joined by our panelist Jack, we conquered almost the entire festival.
Colibri and Rocky Patel Premium Cigars have collaborated to produce a new cat’s eye cigar cutter called the Rocky Patel V-Cutter by Colibri. These V-Cutters will feature a stainless steel blade with spring loaded release.
Upon initial release, these new Rocky Patel cutters will only be available as a gratis item with box purchases at Rocky Patel in-store sales events. Or consumers can purchase the cutters directly from the RPPC website at a retail price of $59.99. At a later point, these cutters will be available for purchase from most Rocky Patel retailers.

"Very spicy cigar from beginning to end. The only exception was on the cold draw, which has sweet tea notes. The spicy notes include notes of cinnamon, jalapeno, and black pepper, and licorice. Veiny construction and hard spots that don't hinder the pleasure. Good draw and burn. Very strong grey-white ash that hangs on for half of the cigar. The latest BURN by Rocky Patel lounge is opening in Oklahoma City, and this will make the third location in the United States for a BURN lounge. The luxury cigar lounge will hold a grand opening along with a VIP event on Wednesday, June 20, 2018, and a public opening the following day.

Today, Rocky Patel Premium Cigars (RPPC) announced a new brand the be debuted at the IPCPR trade show in Las Vegas, ALR. ALR stands for Aged, Limited, and Rare. This is the first in the series that plans to run for years to come. The project started three years ago when Rocky blended a special small batch cigar that he would only order a run of 100,000. He decided it would be a good cigars to age and this became the first ALR.
