Colibri and Rocky Patel Premium Cigars have collaborated to produce a new cat’s eye cigar cutter called the Rocky Patel V-Cutter by Colibri. These V-Cutters will feature a stainless steel blade with  spring loaded release. Upon initial release, these new Rocky Patel cutters will only be available as a gratis item with box purchases at Rocky Patel in-store sales events. Or consumers can purchase the cutters directly from the RPPC website at a retail price of $59.99. At a later point, these cutters will be available for purchase from most Rocky Patel retailers.
