"Overall this was a good cigar. It started out with some wood/earthy flavors then transitioned into more creamy and floral notes and then transitioned again with coffee, and some spice to wrap it all up. It definitely keep my interest going from s medium, to a medium plus and then ending with a mild-medium. Would like to smoke more." -Mickey T. (irratebass)
L’Atelier released a new cigar size in the core line, honoring K.C. Johnson's late dog, Roxy. The "Roxy" is a 3 1/2 x 50 Petit Robusto, available in the original and Maduro blends. Reviews noted its medium-strong intensity, hearty flavor, and well-crafted construction.
"This was a nice smooth/mild smoke that I could see reach for some more in my local B&M. It would be a great cigar to pair with coffee or as your first smoke of the day......it could even be a dessert smoke if you wanted." -Mickey T. (irratebass)
"Overall, a very good cigar. With such a long cigar as this (roughly 7 inches and 48 ring gauge), the cigar did what I expected; start off with a core set of delicious, well balanced flavors (black pepper, leather, cedar, sweet cream, burnt bread) and build on them as the cigar progressed. I do wish the last third gave either an increase in body and/or more flavors (like the burnt bread starting from the second third). If this was the case, the cigar would have been bumped up to an excellent cigar. I would smoke this again but will pass on purchasing any." -Jiunn (jliu)
"My only wish for this cigar is that it was longer purely for the sake of having more incredible smoke to enjoy. Every puff from the first to the last was chock full of immensely robust and pleasant flavors that were well balanced, complimentary of one another, and consistent to a tee. A perfect draw produced mouthful after mouthful of creamy smooth smoke and despite a few minor touchups, the smoking experience was trouble-free and thoroughly enjoyable. In my opinion, the complete lack of transition in flavor is appropriate and almost preferred given the short length of this cigar. Anything more would be a lot to keep tabs on over such a short period of time. Cigars this short certainly have their place and this one would be perfect for a lunch break or any other circumstance where time just isn't a luxury. 10 out of 10 will smoke again!" -Noah S. (Noah)

·“One of the best cigars I have reviewed so far this year. While it started a little slow, it finished like a champion, and improved from beginning to end with every puff. I’m ready for a box purchase after just one cigar. ” –Dave W. (mdwest)
