·“This larger vitola benefited from a nice change up of flavors. Although there were no stars, the subtle nuances held my interest for ninety minutes. My biggest issue was an inconsistent and loose draw that made it difficult to pull out a wider range of tastes. I would try this one again based on the flavors.” –Gregg (McGreggor57)
"Overall this is a very enjoyable morning cigar. Just enough complexity and spice to wake you up for your day, but a nice cool floral and woodsy flavor that would pair well with a morning coffee. Though the visual look of the cigar leaves much to be desired, the flavor is very solid and worth revisiting. You also could not ask for much more from the construction or burn. " -Lauren S. ·"It's June while I'm reviewing this so the talk of winter smokes seems out of place here but this is a strong contender for the colder months. The smoke output, flavors, and construction all make this a tiny but mighty cigar for me. If you want a compact flavorful cigar this could be what you're looking for." -Alan (Eulogy)
Miami, FL – Today, Drew Estate announced their newest brand, “Florida Sun Grown”. This new brand features tobacco grown just outside of Orlando, Florida, in partnership with Jeff Borysiewicz, owner of Corona Cigar Co.
"I feel the only downside to this cigar was the draw but because of how much flavor I got off cigar, it ended up not bothering me that much. I felt the second third was the best part of this cigar. Although it smoked fast, the flavor of slight pepper, salted pretzels and caramel was enjoyable. For a mild to medium cigar I though this was very flavorful. For me this would be a perfect cigar for a golf course." -Jake P. (Jake P.)
"This was an enjoyable cigar from start to finish for me. It was a medium to medium-plus as far as strength. The pepper and leather notes for the majority of the cigar were nice and never overpowering. I would definitely smoke this cigar again. " -Quinn (Quinn)
