Cigar Dojo & Perdomo to Release Reserve Champagne Limited Edition 10th Anniversary – Cigar News

2022 is the 10 year anniversary of Cigar Dojo. To celebrate, they turned to one of their favorite companies: Perdomo. Together, they are releasing a special version of Perdomo's Perdomo Cigars' 10th Anniversary Champagne blend, which also happens to celebrate another 10th anniversary. The result is the Perdomo Reserve Champagne Cigar Dojo Limited Edition 10th Anniversary.

While the French Roast coffee note on the draw is nice ALL the retrohale flavors of mineral, mint, and spice steal the show. "The first third was great and I was hoping that it would continue but it fell off at the middle and went off the rails at the end in terms of flavor. The look and feel of the cigar make me think it's very well made and even with ashy flavor at the end it still had great smoke production and produced a nice creamy smoke. It's easier for me to forgive something that burns a little wonky or has a tight draw but the flavor has to be there. " -Alan (Eulogy)

Cigar News: Perdomo Launches INMENSO Seventy

Tabacalera Perdomo has announced a new cigar, the Perdomo Inmenso Seventy. It comes in two wrapper varieties, Sun Grown and Maduro. The new cigar will ship May 2021. It was originally released in the early 2000's but was ahead of it's time and was since discontinued. Now that cigar ring guages have crept up on average, the company felt it was time to bring it back.

"This was a flavor bomb! Rich and bold from the time the fire touches it and grows fuller throughout the smoking experience. If this is what I think it is, this is exactly what it is blended to do. It was very slow burning for the size, which is quite amazing. I would say rush out and get as many as you can, especially if you are a fan of a slow burning flavor bomb, but if they are what I think they are that might be a little tough. Editorial: Rocky Mountain Cigar Festival – 2015

The Rocky Mountain Cigar festival is always a great event with good people, and awesome vendors. It has been growing steadily since it's inception in 2011. Unfortunately I was deathly ill last year and wasn't able to attend and see the new venue. This year I was feeling great and ready to smoke, and it didn't disappoint.
