"Overall, this was an excellent cigar. The flavors were excellent, and the texture of the smoke was perfect. The draw could have been a little better, but still very good. All in all, I would most definitely smoke this cigar again, and I’m curious to see what it turns out to be." -Angel M. (Angel)
Micallef Cigars has announced two new sizes in their Leyenda blend, a Robusto and a Toro. The name "Leyenda," meaning "Legend" in Spanish, resonates with this cigar’s legacy, spanning generations. Born from the skilled hands of Don Pedro F. Gomez in the vibrant heart of Cuba during the 1930s, the Leyenda blend's rich heritage is now entrusted to his grandsons, Joel and Edel Gomez Sanchez. These master blenders at Micallef Cigars continue to honor their forefather's vision, weaving tradition into every cigar.

"On one hand this cigar is a master class on how to roll a cigar but it falls short in providing a good smoking experience in my book. I feel like it would benefit from some rest time. I would love to revisit it after 30, 60, or 90 days to see if it could push out some of the sharper flavor profile. Only time will tell. " -Estevan Z. (TheRealBanzi)

"A solid cigar, that offered some classic notes in coffee and chocolate. Combine that with the punch of habanero, it really was a good example of a traditional cigar for someone looking for a medium-ranged smoking experience. Not full-bodied but also not a breakfast cigar for sure. This would be something I could see grabbing from a B&M while on vacation or away from home and looking for that simple comfort of a cigar and tasty beverage." -Doug S. (Unpossible_1)
"Really nice flavor package. The only thing that keeps me from sending the ratings to the top of the scale is the overall dryness of the smoke, the unbalanced pepper on the retrohale, and the draw that was to the loose side of perfect. But all things considered those deductions are a bit nitpicky. I’ll definitely be buying more of this." -Bill C. (Bill)
