"Aside from a couple minor touch-ups, the burn was good throughout. Considering how oily the wrapper was, that was pretty impressive. The ash was somewhat flaky, but it's a lancero so that was expected." -Matthew T. (A Huge Nerd)

·"Ok...I like lonsdale and Lancero cigars but this was a very good cigar. It had depth of flavor and was very interesting. Construction was excellent, and the performance was really exemplary. I will gladly recommend this to anyone who is ready to move from mild to medium. Now to find out what it is so I can buy a box!" -Jason H. (Jokey Smurf)

·"This is a very good cigar and it is very good because it is unique. The first half of the cigar exhibited oak, peat and moss and other very enjoyable flavors. The retro had a flirting chocolate and a cream kaboom in the 3/3. Age this cigar and dollars to donuts you'll be rewarded. Dank flavor cigar. 88-90 right now. 90-92 with age potential. " -Matt C. “This is a cigar that is a must have for your humidor. Sit back and relax and this will take you on a journey. It is one for novice and experienced smokers.” –Kevin S. (KBS1153)

·"This was a cigar I would gladly smoke again. Every aspect of the cigar was really good, and it kept me interested the entire time. Bold smoke output, great burn, complex and yummy flavors. These are the characteristics anyone would want in a cigar." -Matthew T. (A Huge Nerd)
"Even though the final third was bitter and poor tasting, overall it was a good cigar. Not much in the way of flavors other than a nice woody taste and a wonderful campfire smell. The beginning had some nice spicy notes and a wonderful peppery tingle on the lips, but that did not last too long. In the end his would pair nicely with a good whiskey or even a string espresso." -Eric (smalls29)

·“This is definitely a first cigar of the day type of smoke. I would even smoke this cigar on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, as the flavors present are so damn good, I digress. The honey, cinnamon, cedar and nut notes makes this a cigar aficionados dream and it is right in my wheelhouse. Bravo. I put the cigar down with less than an inch left.” –Matt C. (Big Matt)
"Perfectly balanced and medium bodied is the best way to sum up this cigar. I had the opportunity to smoke two of these premium cigar offerings... that is like 16" of cigar.. never once did a harsh flavor cross my palate. On the exhale we had cedar, white pepper, herbs, antique tobacco, malts, and a little bit of sweetness. Retro had a delicious creamy airy lemon cake and cedar. Multi-country blend for sure. Perfect construction and burn. This cigar had flavors that reminded me of a old Cuban cigar from the 1980's with double the damn body. Aroma had an ancient library smell. This cigar would do very well in the European market. I'm done. Bravo." -Matt C. (Big Matt)

·"This cigar was never in my wheelhouse, but I am happy I got the opportunity to smoke it. This cigar expands the palate from prelight to the nub of what a premium cigar can offer in terms of flavor. Maybe my palate is broken.. I have no idea, but the exhale/retro was interesting delivering the wet wood, peat, earth, citrus, salt and flighty cream. I would happily have a few of these on hand to enjoy with some rye whiskey." -Matt C. (Big Matt)
