"This was about as close as I have come to smoking the perfect cigar. I mean, it's hard to call the flavors perfect because everyone has a different preference, but this one was right up my alley. "Magnificent cigar. Loved it. Perfect format for me personally, and a flavor profile to match. Big, bold flavors of earth with a world wind tour of coffee, molasses, spices, peppercorns and a bit of an anisette flashing around on the finish. Tremendous construction, nearly flawless. Very extremely well made. Nice progression in terms of strength, starts out very manageable and builds to an agreeable and enjoyable full body by the end. "Of the non-figurado parejos, Coronas are arguably one of my favorite sizes that I tend to reach for and I was excited when I pulled this stick out of the humidor. I just love a cigar that showcases the wrapper and binder as opposed to the filler and this blend certainly works in this vitola. Not only were the flavors explosive from the very first puff to the very last but this smoke was incredibly smooth throughout. The flavors never really transitioned but rather matured and evolved all the while complimenting one another in perfect balance.
