·"This was likely the most challenging overall rating I've had to give since joining the team. The middle third was simply one of the best 30 minutes of cigar I've smoked this year. The unique, potent, balanced flavors were playing in perfect harmony and every puff somehow seemed to improve upon its predecessor. Unfortunately the first and final third underwhelmed. They certainly weren't bad, just subtle to the point of unnoticeable. So, would I smoke this again? 100% yes. In fact I'm dying to know: was the middle third an anomaly? Was the burn line issue a one-off? If there's even the slimmest chance I could experience, for a full 90 minutes, what I experienced at the halfway transition mark, I'd dedicate an entire shelf in my cabinet to these beauties." -Vance T. Protocol Cigars has announced a new shop exclusive cigar for Caravan Cigar Company in Bath, PA called the Protocol Paddy Wagon. The name keeps the tradition of law enforcement, “When we do projects with shops we try our best to personalize that project to that specific shop. We do this to totally immerse the shop and it’s spirit into the project. Here the Shop is called Caravan Cigar Company because the company started doing mobile cigar events at fairs out of the back of the family Caravan. We looked at the concept of a Caravan and tried to see how we could relate it to the law enforcement world. That’s how The Paddy Wagon was born,” said Juan Cancel. A paddy wagon is a colloquial term used to describe a large police vehicle or van used to transport prisoners.

·"I really enjoyed this cigar. The chocolate undertones in the front were balanced beautifully by the mildness and cohesive flavors in the final third. I would recommend this to a friend who desires a mild, yet complex enough smoke." -Kent (Throck)
"Overall, this was a good cigar, it started off better than it finished however. The flavors went from sweet tobacco and vanilla changing to a harsher sweet tobacco with the vanilla going away. The only other flavor transition I picked up was in the final third it gained a coffee and cedar taste. Had it not been for the issues of construction and the multiple relites it would have been much more enjoyable. I would definitely try this cigar again hoping for better performance as the flavors were decent." -Angel M. (Angel)
