"This was an excellent cigar that I wished I smoked and paired with coffee. It is a very nice mild smoke with plenty of cream, cedar, and nut flavors up until the final FINAL third then more wood and earth notes took flight. I am curious to see what this is and would pick up at least a fiver. " -Mickey T. (irratebass)
"Overall I really enjoyed the journey with this cigar though it seemed to be almost two worlds. Starting and ending there was such a sweet chocolatey flavor, but through the middle, there was a solid smoky bbq style taste on paper it doesn't seem to go together but I truthfully barely noticed the slow transition between them. ·“This is a cigar that I could see myself giving to a novice or a seasoned cigar smoker. The seasoned bloke will enjoy the change in pace of flavors presented on sample 529 and the novice will become introduced into the world of what a premium cigar can offer. This is a cigar that could be smoked and enjoyed after several other offerings as the profile is bold and evident. Construction was top-notch and however many hundred or thousand hands it touched before coming to fruition, it was worth it.” –Matt C. (Big Matt)

·“This was a great smoking cigar. The variance and complexity of flavors offered were amazingly tasty and made it hard to not just want to hotbox this thing because it was THAT good. That being said, I’ll defiantly recommend this cigar to any smoker as it is a mild to medium stick with uddles of semi sweet flavors. I need a box… stat. ” –John A. (Bostoneo)

·“Wonderful and enjoyable. I want to smoke this one again. The flavors were awesome and close to perfect. The cinnamon was very enjoyable, almost reminding me of a Tabasco flavor. The undertones of chocolate added to the uniqueness and provided a wonderful smoking experience. I would very much like to have a box of these in my humidor. I could enjoy this with a latte or espresso. Maybe even a stout ale. The one thing that I could think of that would make this better was if it were a churchill.” –Eric (smalls29)
"This was a very enjoyable cigar from start to finish. Surprising sweet at the start, almost to the level of it was intentional and not done naturally, though I know this is not a flavored or infused cigar. The finish was dark, earthy and a little spicy, which went well with the sweet beginning. The strength was well behaved all the way through as well, so this should not put anyone on edge with fears of "too strong of a cigar." The burn and draw performed very well from the pre-light on, better than many cigars I have smoked recently. This cigar would go great with a nice pour of bourbon or even an extra anejo tequila! Looking forward to adding these to the humi! " -Kevin A. (Kevin A.)
"This cigar was right in my wheelhouse as far as flavors go. Lots of earth, dark chocolate, leather, coffee and some black cherry and walnut notes. This is definitely one of the better maduros I've enjoyed lately and I am anxious to see what it is. Highly recommended for fans of full flavored, full bodied smokes." -Kevin J. (maninblack77)
o start, that corrects itself with each puff. Great notes of grass, oak, tea, and black pepper. A nice cigar to enjoy on St. Patrick's Day. A cigar I'd want in my humidor." -Sean F. (fullermaine)
"Great cigar from beginning to end. This cigar was full of flavor. Notes include tea, black pepper, popcorn, hickory, lavender, pork, and clove. I wanted the enjoyment to continue. Perfect draw, burn, and construction. Minor touch ups were needed, but didn't interfere with the pleasure. This cigar is one I'd share with my friends. I'll seek this out and add it to my humidor." -Sean F. (fullermaine)
"Connecticut wrappers are a mystery these days. So many blenders have taken a page from the My Father Connecticut and given smokers something to get excited about when they see a Connecticut. The days of mild and straight forward are gone, and we're treated with cigars such as this one. Complex flavors and body that never let up during the whole session. I'd seek some of these out if I was you. You won't regret it!" -Doug S. (Unpossible_1)
