"This was a wonderful experience. The flavors were nice and constant and never strayed in to bitterness and yuck. The cedar flavor was there from begging to end. The best part was the slightly sweet taste left on the palate. The aroma was that of a cedar log burning in the fireplace that made this one even more enjoyable. Definitely one for the humidor. "Exceptional smoke in my estimation. Reminded me quite a bit of a Padron 1926. Big flavor, powerful, lots of smoke. Great flavors of chocolate with some background spice and sweetness. Not really a lot of transitional flavors, but the core of this was so enjoyable I really wasn't interested in going anywhere else. Cigar News: Cubariqueño Announces Protocol Themis Corona Gorda

Cubariqueño Cigar Co. announced a line extension to their Protocol Themis cigar, a Corona Gorda. This new size will be a Famous Smoke Shop exclusive. Like all other Cubariqueño cigars, they re being rolled at La Zona in Esteli, Nicaragua. The vitola is 5 5/8 x 46 and comes in boxes of 10. The blend remains the same as the previous Themis releases using an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper with Nicaraguan binder and fillers.

"I was very surprised by this stick. After the light aromas on the prelight, the cigar was full of great flavors. It was very cubanesque from the look and vitola to the flavor. I would love to smoke this in the morning with a cup of coffee. The stick had a couple of faults but was easy to overlook because the flavor was so good.
