"Overall, this was an easy smoking & enjoyable cigar with clear transitions of body and complex flavors. While it might not have enough body for some folks, this cigar smoked clean with a mild to medium bodied profile with a lower strength component that pleasantly surprised me. Coupled with a slightly looser draw and phenomenal construction and burn, this makes it an easy recommendation for an everyday type of smoke." -John A. (Bostoneo

·"Exceptional smoke in my estimation. Reminded me quite a bit of a Padron 1926. Big flavor, powerful, lots of smoke. Great flavors of chocolate with some background spice and sweetness. Not really a lot of transitional flavors, but the core of this was so enjoyable I really wasn't interested in going anywhere else. I enjoyed every second of this, and I'm ready to go buy a bunch more. " -John I. (John I.)
"From start to finish this cigar billows out a ton of smoke. Great complex dark flavors. Starts strong smokey molasses and hickory. Then middle and end notes of coffee and cocoa come in to develop some complex darker flavors. Retrohale started light black pepper and musty flavor with it converting to the end more intense black pepper and no musty flavor. " -Chad M. (Chad Tchad)
The Mule Kick LE from Crowned Heads will make a comeback again in 2018. This limited edition run of the Four Kicks cigar made a big splash when it was first released in 2012 and was highly sought after again in 2017. The 2012 version was a tweaked blend of the original Four Kicks with a high-priming habano wrapper and the 2017 release attempted to repeat that same blend.

·"This was a not a flavor profile that fit my wheelhouse. Having said that, for someone who likes hazelnut and some black licorice this will be a decent cigar for them. I didn’t like the bitterness of the cigar but it did progress into a tartness that wasn’t distasteful to me. I would have thought the cigar would be stronger than it was given the types of flavors but it remained a medium to full, on the more medium side for me. A decent smoke for a specific palette." -Diana (ArmyRN)
"Another great cigar that was a pleasure to smoke. Notes of sweet and bitter tea, honey, and burnt toast. Nice strong ash that hangs on for an inch or two. A cigar I'd want to have in my humidor and to share with friends. A nice after breakfast smoke." -Sean F. (fullermaine)
This was by far my favorite new cigar from IPCPR this year and one of my favorites overall this year. This was so smooth and buttery and the flavors were always balanced and great. It had just the right amount of spice throughout. The flavor profile and aged tobacco flavors I found are usually unique to Cuban cigars. It was full flavored and complex with lots of transitions without being overly powerful. The price is a bit steep, but I will be buying a box of these, no question. I give this a personal score of 96 (Extraordinary).
"Overall, this was a solid straight-shooter flavor-wise. Comprised of mostly leather, brown sugar, white & black pepper with some wood notes, this cigar meandered from medium to full body while it burned down. While it didn’t absolutely thrill me, it was an okay cigar that is sure to please somebody!" -John A. (Bostoneo)
"This cigar was an absolute treat for all you medium to full-bodied smokers. Not only was it well constructed, as evidenced by the draw and burn, but generous notes of chocolate, cedar, leather, and a slightly peppery earth will also give you a pleasurable experience as you puff away on this delight!" -John A.
