Syncro Nicaragua Fogata.
Davidoff has announced the re-introduction of the Robusto Real Especiales 7, a cigar that was originally released in 2004 comprised of 7 different tobaccos.
AVO Cigars is celebrating its 30th Anniversary with a special cigar: the AVO Improvisation 30 Years. This is the sixth release of the Improvisation line. This is the first of a multi-part series of limited edition cigars based on this anniversary. Total production for this release is 3,400 boxes. Each box contains 25 cigars and are based on the blend of AVO Classic No. 3. The wrapper is the same Ecuadorian Connecticut, but the binder has been switched to Dominican and filler has been altered.
"The cigar started off well, developed nicely, then finished with a slight harshness that wasn't quite enjoyable. It heated up quite a bit in the final third. Maybe smoking it slower would eliminate this, but I am not 100% sure. All in all a decent smoke. The power behind it as it transitioned through the final two thirds was a bit of a surprise, and may prove too strong for a newer smoker. ·"In terms of transitions or flavor profile changes this cigar really didn't have any. That's not to say it wasn't an enjoyable smoke though. The core flavors of pepper, cedar, sweetness, leather, and espresso worked really well together. I couldn't say that this cigar wowed me but it was a really nice cigar with just enough going on to keep my interest. Depending on price I would say you should definitely give this cigar a try.
