“This is definitely a first cigar of the day type of smoke. I would even smoke this cigar on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, as the flavors present are so damn good, I digress. “Although not my favorite flavors, this was an extremely enjoyable cigar. Long, slow and cool burn that was second to none. The expertise of which this cigar was rolled made it fantastic all around. "I enjoyed this cigar very much. The woody and nutty flavors were fantastic and the performance showed off the high quality tobacco and expertise of the roller. The nice white ash was a great contrast to the dark wrapper and looked fantastic while smoking. I will pick up a few more of these in the future. "This is a cigar I would happily smoke again while I was doing something different to occupy my time such as shooting skeet or at the golf driving range. The profile peaked in the second third but then fell off with the mineral flavors in the final third. I put the cigar down with a little less than 2 inches as I felt the profile wasn't going to change. Smoke output was plentiful and stormed off the foot. "This was a wonderful experience. The flavors were nice and constant and never strayed in to bitterness and yuck. The cedar flavor was there from begging to end. The best part was the slightly sweet taste left on the palate. The aroma was that of a cedar log burning in the fireplace that made this one even more enjoyable. Definitely one for the humidor. "This one ran the spectrum of boldness. It started out with a medium bold taste that grew very bold and biter and then became mild in the final third. I was happy with the consistent flavors of wood and nut throughout which helped maintain some of the enjoyment of this smoke. The second third saw some bitterness come in but it wasn't so bitter that I wanted to out it down. I was surprised by how it mellowed towards the end.
