L’Atelier released a new cigar size in the core line, honoring K.C. Johnson's late dog, Roxy. The "Roxy" is a 3 1/2 x 50 Petit Robusto, available in the original and Maduro blends. Reviews noted its medium-strong intensity, hearty flavor, and well-crafted construction.
With an intended launch of spring 2015, The Rake will be made at Erik Espinosa’s La Zona factory in Esteli, Nicaragua. The cigars will be presented in classic cabinet-style boxes of 20 and available in 4 different vitolas, Fix (5-5/8x46), Cut (5x52), Take (6x52), and Vig (6x60). Two of the sizes will be slightly box pressed, Cut and Fix.

"Looking at a cigar like this, you kind of feel like you know what you're going to get. And sometimes it's nice when that holds true if it is something you typically enjoy. Good and hearty, with rich bold flavors make for a great session in the cold weather. I'm glad I got the opportunity and look forward to discovering what it is, so I can smoke it again to pair with a delicious coffee stout. It feels like they would be made for each other and I'm happy to find out for you." -Doug S. (Unpossible_1)
The Crowned Heads PCA 2023 Exclusive Le Pâtissier No. 2 is a classic torpedo vitola that measures 6 1/8" x 52. The blend uses the same "broadleaf-based blend" as the rest of the Le Pâtissier line, just in a new size.
Crowned Heads is the latest company set to offer an exclusive cigar to attendees of the PCA 2021 Trade Show. Le Pâtissier translates to 'pastry chef' in French. The new brand got its inspiration from the Crowned Heads Le Carême line, which was inspired by French chef Marie-Antoine Careme.
"I somehow drew this short smoke out to almost 55 minutes. But I really enjoyed every minute of it. The heavy pepper and oak notes with the hints of citrus were a nice combination. If you are short on time or need a closer for the evening this cigar checked all the boxes for me." -Quinn (quinnpins269)
Crowned Heads has announced it's annual Hawaii exclusive, Paniolo Especiale 2019. As with previous releases it is made at La Gran Fabrica Drew Estate in Esteli Nicaragua. "From the time I snatched it from my humidor to the time I laid it to rest in the ashtray my experience with this stick was splendid! Each and every puff was robust with rich and pleasant flavors that were well blended, well rounded, and well balanced. There were no noticeable transitions that took place, but with such incredible flavors that harmonized so well together I wasn't upset by that fact and my palate was plenty entertained throughout. Most notably, this cigar was incredibly smooth from start to finish and the smoke output was simply impressive. This stick would be a great pairing with any number of beverages including a morning cup of coffee, a rich stout, a glass of bourbon, or even a nice red wine. Hurry up already with the reveal please!!!" -Noah S. (Noah)
