"This was a great little cigar. Nice transitions, and a flavor complexity kind of right in the middle. Not too simple, not overly complex. Burn and draw made for a fun enjoyment factor, and the flavors definitely leave you wanting there to be more to smoke when it is done. Mild-mannered, and no stronger than medium, this would be a good anytime cigar, especially if you are wanting to reach for something with some good flavors and don't have a ton of time to sit and enjoy. Casdagli Cigars has announced a line extension of sorts for its Villa Casdagli line launched last year. We just reviewed...
Just an amazing cigar. From the burn, to the construction, and draw everything was flawless. I felt almost manic trying to decide what the profile was at the time I was writing because it would change in a flash. The notes weren't muddled though, they just shifted effortlessly as I was still deciding on what I was tasting just a few puffs before. At twenty-four dollars a stick it is not inexpensive but it is certainly worth it if you're looking for something that is truly worth that price point.
"This is a slow-burning cigar whose story is told in three chapters and with each chapter, the cigar’s smoking experience gets better and better. Solid easily discernible flavors, impressive transitions, and complexity, this cigar was far from boring by anybody’s definition and I would certainly smoke it again." -Matt Cade (CadeTNCC)
