"I was intrigued before I even lit this one up. It’s a beautiful-looking cigar with a very strong and appealing aroma. I’m quite happy to report that the smoking experience lived up to my initial impression. I’d label this as a well-balanced dessert stick, sweet, but not heavy. I would be delighted to smoke this blend again. I’m looking forward to finding out what this was." -Chris M. (Chris)
The target pricing for the 5th anniversary cigar is expected to be $8.50. The cigars will be released in one size, a 6 1/2 x 54 Toro. The cigars will be packaged in ten count boxes and a total of 3,000 boxes are being produced.
Announced just before this year's PCA trade show, the E.P. Carrillo Pledge Lonsdale Limitada is now shipping. The new size is box-pressed and measures 6 1/2 x 43. It comes in boxes of 20 and a retail price of $12.00. The blend has been updated from the original Pledge blend to use a USA Broadleaf wrapper, Ecuadorian binder and Nicaraguan filler.

·“I found the first third to be average in spite of a nice start of simple tobacco and oak. While the middle was very good, the finish quickly turned south. My mouth tasted like an ashtray before it was all over. With two thirds of this cigar not making the cut, I won’t be looking to try another.” -Gregg (McGreggor57)
