"Overall, this was a very good cigar. I enjoyed the earthy and creamy notes of roasted nuts, bread, cedar and black pepper quite a bit. These flavors intermingled very well together. "Initially, I get a lot of that leather taste I picked up in pre-light and a medium amount of pepper spice. Once we get into it, I'm getting a combination of chocolate, cream and coffee, like a latte. Very nice! The draw and burn are performing admirably for such a large ring gauge. Accessory Review: Xikar | Envoy High Performance Cigar Case

The wow factor in this case comes from the top. It is a metal accent piece with a nice polished finish. The narrow fins with the black contrast insets are meant to mimic the look of the cooling fins on an engine. Just like the cruiser motorcycles that this look is meant to emulate, the contrast of the black leather against the shiny chrome is a classic look. Even with the v-twin styling, this case would also feel at home in the breast pocket of your favorite business suit.

"The draw, burn and construction were outstanding for this beautiful looking cigar. The flavors, while not in my wheelhouse, were solid and well balanced for the first two thirds. The returning cedar and spice near the end came close to becoming harsh. This cigar might benefit from additional rest. "After leaving the blocks a little slow this cigar found its stride in the second third and never looked back. It is a refined smoke that will only get better with time. Great smoke. I don't know if five years of age makes a huge difference, I never tried this blend when it was released, but I'm sure it didn't hurt. The flavors, construction, and smoke output were all top notch. It didn't hurt that it was such a beautiful day to smoke a cigar. If you can find some, they're certainly worth a purchase.

"I liked this cigar and wanted to like it a whole lot more except for the burn issues and the falling off of flavors in the last third. I liked the look of it and the notes of leather, coffee, and salt are definitely flavor notes that I thoroughly enjoy. "This was a very good cigar. The first third is the star giving me complex flavors of coffee and cream, oily chili, black pepper, sweet bread, hay, cedar and at times perhaps a black licorice. I kept wanting to take draws just so I can confirm what I'm tasting. The cigar does still have a little bit of edge to it in which I think age may help with. Easy fiver for me.
