"Overall, this was a good cigar. If the pepper did not lodge in the back of my throat, I would have rated this cigar a notch higher. The pockets of perfume like floral notes, coffee and cream was excellent. I wish these notes held on throughout the cigar. The last third was a bit of a let down due to the lack of concentrated flavors as compared to the first and second third. If I was given the opportunity to smoke this again, I would hold onto it hoping age will cure the pepper." -Jiunn (jliu)

Blind Cigar Review: Cohiba (Cuba) | Siglo VI

Overall, this was a very good, smooth and velvety smoking experience. The first and second third's core flavors of sweetness, earthiness and floral notes was delicious. The last third was unfortunate as it was mainly just dry wood and black pepper. Hopefully, more age will change that. I would recommend this to someone that enjoys a lot of Cuban cigars. The cigar is fairly nuanced without having the spice to beat you over the head. I would easily seek out a fiver of these." -Jiunn (jliu)

“Overall a very good cigar. I enjoyed the first third immensely. The rich flavors of upfront cream, cedar, nuts, and just the right amount of white pepper finishing off with a hay/grass note was just awesome. The second and last third was a little bit of a let down. By no means was it bad, but I was expecting the second and last third to build on the first third. The inherent mild bitterness makes me believe this cigar will benefit from aging. I’d like to grab a fiver or tener to age and sample every 6 months. I think this will be a really great cigar come 2 years.” -Jiunn (jliu)

"Rock solid smoke, if this cigar was a baseball player it would be Cal Ripken, something you could totally bank on in a pinch. It didn't change a ton through the cigar but it was strong and not overwhelming at all which is not an easy thing to say about a stick of this caliber." -Jack (Jack_H)

"This was a very good cigar. The first third is the star giving me complex flavors of coffee and cream, oily chili, black pepper, sweet bread, hay, cedar and at times perhaps a black licorice. I kept wanting to take draws just so I can confirm what I'm tasting. The cigar does still have a little bit of edge to it in which I think age may help with. Easy fiver for me. Smoking one every 6 months or so to see how it is progressing." -Jiunn (jliu)

"Overall, a very good cigar. The first two thirds of the cigar was awesome. It really kept me on my toes of trying to figure out that "wood fire" and "hickory bbq" note.
