"This complex cigar featured some interesting flavor transitions which I highly enjoyed. The notes were all well defined and the transitions between the differing notes all made sense. I would recommend this stogie to both newcomers and seasoned cigar smokers alike." -Matt Ca. (Cade)
"Over all, a pleasant smoke with a good spice that hit the roof of your mouth and back of the throat, a good solid dark grey ash, plenty of smoke, very enjoyable after a day of dealing with sub zero temperatures and frozen pipes, it was warming indeed. Overall, a fine experience to cap off the day." -Joseph S. (Bearded Bastard)
"This was a fairly straightforward flavored cigar. Smack dab in the middle of body, it provided a basic set of typical flavors you’d normally find with a normal affordably priced cigar. The appearance was a bit underwhelming as well which spoiled the experience a bit. Overall, okay smoke, not unique, plenty of these out there in the world. " -John A. (Bostoneo)
"Really enjoyable lighter bodied cigar. I typically prefer full bodied smokes, but this cigar really displayed some typical mild flavors, cream, nuts, herbs and floral notes, but still had enough potency to make it a good experience for fuller cigar fans. This would be accessible for a newcomer to the leaf and still enjoyable for a grizzled vet." -John I. (John I.)
"This was a phenomenal cigar. If some the bitterness didn't pop its head in every so often this would of been one of the best sticks I've smoked this year. Regardless, this is a must try stick and encourage everyone to try at least one, I know I'll get some more myself." -John A. (Bostoneo)
"This cigar was fun to smoke. Though it may not be my favorite size, I prefer a 42-48RG, I never once felt uncomfortable smoking it. It was ever changing and kept my interest throughout. This would make a great cigar that could be enjoyed as you were day drinking. Would pair well with any type of spirit and most wines due to it flavor profile. It is a little bit of a time commitment due to it's size but well worth it. I will have to grab a few for my next beer fest or social gathering where I know I will have the time to enjoy it. " -Estevan Z. (TheRealBanzi)
"I wouldn't write this cigar off without trying at least another one in hopes that the construction issues were a fluke. When this was functioning properly there was a nice soft leather and sugary sweetness that I typically would have enjoyed in a mild-medium bodied cigar. " -John I. (John I.)
You get what you pay for here. A unique experience with clean defined flavors that were perfectly well balanced throughout the entirety of the duration of this ultra premium cigar. Complexity is unmatched to any cigar I’ve ever had making this smoke a dream. Construction and draw were phenomenal however this particular sample had some issues with the burn line until the second half where it caught up. Because of the fullness and richness of this medium to medium full bodied smoke, it is not something you’ll reach for (providing you have the available funds) everyday. This cigar is meant for those special occasions when you want something that screams quality in terms of very rich flavor that is defined, unique and unmatched to any other stick. Whilst not my sweet spot for flavor profiles, as it was a tad too sweet for me, this definitely goes into my top echelon of cigars I have ever enjoyed.
"Overall this cigar was very mild, very smooth, very one dimensional. No pepper spice at anywhere during the smoke. There are some people out there that like a super mild, no spice Connecticut. I am not one of those people. Even though this cigar was extremely well made, it's just not my thing." -Wes (SosaCub4Life)
