This cigar performed like a champ. No touch ups required during the entire experience and I got tons of flavor. I have smoked this cigar in other sizes and hands down the Churchill is my favorite. I do find the Toro to have a bit more pepper but overall I can smoke these over and over. Recommend this cigar to anyone.

·"In terms of transitions or flavor profile changes this cigar really didn't have any. That's not to say it wasn't an enjoyable smoke though. The core flavors of pepper, cedar, sweetness, leather, and espresso worked really well together. I couldn't say that this cigar wowed me but it was a really nice cigar with just enough going on to keep my interest. Depending on price I would say you should definitely give this cigar a try. "This is a blend for those who enjoy the deep earthy flavors that you usually find with Honduran or Cuban tobacco. Strong cayenne on the retrohale and just a slight sweetness on top of the earth gives the cigar a slight variation from the solid dirt and minerals that star in this stick. " -Lauren S. (Lauren S.)

·"Overall a great smoke. It is rare that I smoke anything down to the point where fingers get singed anymore, but this one was too good to let go. Definitely worthy of making a box purchase. " -Dave W. (mdwest)

·"This was a thoroughly enjoyable stick with its strong points being the first two thirds. Whoever blended this cigar meant to create something special with a very flavorful mix of tobaccos that pleased my pallete immensely. I can only hope the price point on this stick is reasonable so I can stock up!" -John A. (John A.)
Overall, this was a very tasty cigar with many flavors one doesn't typically get with many sticks. I thoroughly enjoyed the sweet creamy flavors that exuded from the cigar. The burn was spot on and construction near perfect. The only issue was the super flaky ash, which ended up all over me as bits and pieces would separate from the main bulk. Worth $32? Maybe as a celebratory smoke or if you want something that is a change of pace that is a mild/medium profile. Thumbs up on this masterpiece.

The Escurio is Davidoff’s latest release and appears to be a follow up to the successful Nicaragua line. This release has its ties to Brazil. It has an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper, Brazilian Cubra binder and a filler combination of cubra and mata fina from Brazil, along with Dominican San Vicente.

·"This would not be my typical choice for smoking. Even though I may smoke a couple of cigars in succession, and therefore spend several hours herfing, I tend to like to switch up flavor experiences by smoking more than one type of cigar. For a cigar of this size, I found it to be more enjoyable than I would have originally expected. There were moments of monotony but not enough for me to want to be done. The mix of flavor notes, although not overly complex, provided enough variety that I enjoyed it more than not. Make sure to have time for this cigar and pair it with something that accentuates the flavor profile such as a nice hearty bourbon and even while eating a nice piece of red meat. Red wine would also be complimentary." -Diana (ArmyRN)
