"Overall, this was a very pleasant experience except for a slight muddling of flavors in the final third. There was a good mix of flavors and transitions and there was also some bitterness in the final third that was slightly detracting. I think this needs some more rest time before the next try. "Overall, I really enjoyed this stick. Like I have said earlier, it had that perfect balance to it. There was a good amount of spice that did seem to pick up as the smoke when on, but throughout it still remained a nice, smooth, creamy smoke.
