This was a fast burner. For its size, I would have expected a longer smoke. It was a really good cigar, but for something so special, I wanted a little more. Hopefully with age, things get even better and make it more special. I enjoyed this cigar and am glad I got more to age.

"As ugly as this cigar was, it goes to show that you can't judge a book by the cover. The flavors were so good. There was complexity, and yet consistent notes that pulled everything together. I would gladly reach for this cigar again. " -Matthew T. (A Huge Nerd)

"Overall, the cigar was smoking pretty well in the beginning. There were interesting flavors and a good burn. But the final third really made it hard to give an overall rating, because this may have just been a one off error, and more than likely was." -Jerad (Cigar Federation)
This was a good cigar, better than average. It has some really interesting flavors and unique spices. The too loose draw made the burn go wonky and the cigar get hot towards the end, but I think, knowing the quality of cigars coming out of my father, this is not a normal occurrence. I would definitely smoke this again, but I don't know if it's box worthy, maybe a 5er to see how it ages. I give this a personal score of 90.
Imagine a car enthusiast having an opportunity to tour the Ferrari factory in Maranello, or someone who is a collector of fine watches going to visit Patek Philippe in Geneva. The chance to actually see your favorite products being constructed by hand can be a real treat for the senses, and it can also give a heightened respect for the work that goes into creating these items that we love so much. For premium cigar lovers the products that we consume are some of the most artfully and painstakingly crafted products in the world. Still, so many cigar lovers still don't have the first-hand experience of seeing what goes into growing fine tobacco and crafting great cigars. During Puro Sabor 2018 I was able to visit a number of cigar factories, large and small. In this second article of the series about the festival I will take you through these factories in the same order that I visited them.

"This cigar was a nice mix of a dark wrapper with nice smooth subtle flavors that aren't always typical of a cigar with this dark and oily of an exterior. I enjoyed the quick transitions and the way this cigar changed completely from the beginning to the end. It was a small cigar and a bit of a quick burner, but something I can see as 5 pack worthy." -Jack (Jack_H)

"The flavors had a few transitions, and those flavors were good, but nothing exceptional. I could see this being something to reach for when in the mood for that woody/char experience. If others experienced a better draw, then I could see this being something to smoke on occasion." -Aaron (aaron7
This year, we decided to give you a tour of the show through the pictures we took while we were there. Some are of new items, and some are just things we thought were interesting. We will have a new slideshow for each major manufacturer and one big one for the smaller manufacturers.
