"Aside from a couple minor touch-ups, the burn was good throughout. Considering how oily the wrapper was, that was pretty impressive. The ash was somewhat flaky, but it's a lancero so that was expected." -Matthew T. (A Huge Nerd)

·“A great smoke in just about every way. I am not normally a fan of anything bigger than 50 RG, and rarely chose to smoke anything toro length or longer, but I would gladly smoke one of these again. The blend was nice, the profile hit a personal sweet spot for me, and the complete lack of a need for maintenance despite my inconsistent smoking over a period of more than an hour and a half, made smoking this cigar a very enjoyable experience.” –Dave W. Overall this was a great smoke. Very well rounded and balanced with some pepper spice at the start that changed into more of an all spice or cinnamon flavor. There was some very good sweetness to it that was almost caramel like during most parts. The draw and burn were both very good as well. This is probably the only cigar that I can remember smoking where I really noticed the aroma and that the wonderful aroma of the cigar did add to the experience. There is no way someone could smell the aroma of this cigar and not fall in love with it.

·"A deceivingly strong stogie considering how smooth it is; about medium-bodied and with a relatively understated flavor profile, and a relatively high smoke output that is not offensive. Easily a 90+ points cigar in my book, reminding me of some of my favorite Dominican puros." -Stefan (Stefan)

·"Nice transitions of background flavors made me forget there wasn't any real leader with this cigar. The profile was well balanced despite not having a wow factor. There was a silkiness in the smoke that made for a nice mouth feel and very enjoyable smoke. I would certainly pick up a few to keep on hand." -Gregg (McGreggor57)

·“Part of the joy of a blind review is finding out later what it is I was smoking. Well, I am very excited to find out on this one because I may be buying a box. The flavor and aroma combination was fantastic and interesting. The burn was incredible. The smoke output was HUGE. If it is a cigar in my price range, I will be stocking up.” –Matthew T. "Marvelous from start to finish. Maybe I'm feeling charitable, as I'm smoking this on a great nigh, but it's everything you could want in a cigar. Great draw and burn, complex flavors, satisfyingly thick and creamy smoke. I do wish there had been just a touch more pepper involved, to give it a little more character, but that's a personal palate thing. This was an excellent cigar which could be enjoyed by new smokers and connoisseurs alike, and definitely box-worthy." -Derek (StogieNinja)

·"Overall a pleasant but one dimensional experience. The predominant flavor is of leather and pepper with a grassy finish. Will definitely try this again and may benefit from some time in the humidor." -Sandeep (Djangos)

·"The second third flavors were well balanced and provided an amazing smoking experience. While the final third initially offered some great flavors, it soon developed a harshness that was difficult to get past. We got off on the wrong foot, however, when the wide open draw prevented the cigar from burning without constant attention in the first third. This most likely led to the acrid notes on the finish." -Gregg (McGreggor57)
"This cigar was good in my opinion. It was nothing over the top and it was not yard bound after the first third. There were nice subtle flavors that a lot of smokers will enjoy. Again, not my cup of tea, but a good smoke nevertheless. Enjoy if you can and expect a nice lighter stick." -Steve (ThaGreatWazoo)
