“I was impressed the first half of the cigar. The flavors were enjoyable and not over powering. The taste of cedar and espresso were pleasing to the palate. However, as I began the final third, the flavors gave way to a strong, sour taste. I do not enjoy this because it leaves a bad after taste. Overall I enjoyed the cigar and imagined myself smoking it by a camp fire at the beach or in the mountains.” –Eric (smalls29)

“Geez, where do I begin? First off it was a joy to just look at it. The flavors were fantastic, even the one that I still can’t come up with the name too, and is flat out driving me nuts trying to get the name of it. My luck I’ll wake up at 3:30 in the morning after I submit the review with the name of it! All I can say is that I loved every minute I spent with this stogie. And it was a LOT of minutes! It was very slow burning, and lasted a long time. Don’t know what it is, or the price, but I’m figuring you’ll get your money’s worth.” –Robert (NavyPiper)

"Never judge a cigar by the wrapper. Based on my initial observations, I would have skipped over grabbing this cigar. The flavors, however, were very well balanced and offered a nice smoke. Blind Cigar Review: Que Vida | Toro

"This was an interesting mild smoke. The body never got past medium, and the blend never really reached any crescendo. Instead, the core flavors tapered off in the final third.I also felt that this smoke burned fast for its size, and the blend lacked an oily or juicy element. All of the negatives for this stick were minor, and in my opinion, this would definitely make a good morning coffee smoke. Fans of mild yet flavorful smokes will dig this." -Ryan (Youngryan216)

The transition into the second third was nice with the addition of some char, coffee and grassy notes.
