"This cigar was an absolute dynamite smoking experience. From the look and feel in the hand to the smooth flavor transitions, this cigar will please the entire range of smokers. Grab some of these and truly enjoy. Great cigar. " -Steve (ThaGreatWazoo)
"This was a very middle of the road smoke for me. There were no inspiring moments during the smoking experience. Very bland with a daunting size. I am not a bigger ring gauge cigar guy, but for the build, this cigar was better than most larger sticks." -Steve (ThaGreatWazoo)

·“This is a cigar that I could see myself giving to a novice or a seasoned cigar smoker. The seasoned bloke will enjoy the change in pace of flavors presented on sample 529 and the novice will become introduced into the world of what a premium cigar can offer. This is a cigar that could be smoked and enjoyed after several other offerings as the profile is bold and evident. Construction was top-notch and however many hundred or thousand hands it touched before coming to fruition, it was worth it.” –Matt C. (Big Matt)

·"Transitions, complexity, nuance... It ain't necessarily so with this cigar, but the flavor profile is solid and flavorful. Transitions don't really come with this cigar but flavors are discernible and compatible. It is a good smoke for times when you want the good experience but don't have to think hard about what the cigar is giving you." -Matthew T. (A Huge Nerd)

·"A textbook case of complexity and transitions, starting mild-to-medium and finishing medium-strong while hitting most of the flavors one would expect on the way. Hands down the best BMP smoke I've experienced to date." -Stefan (Stefan)

·"I wanted to rate this cigar higher. The beginning and middle had some really nice flavors coming through. The smoke output on each draw was plentiful. The oily wrapper and chisel tip made it easy to smoke. All that, and then the final third hit a brick wall. Relights galore and harsh flavors just made the overall rating from me fall off a cliff. I would hope this stick was an anomaly in an otherwise solid blend. If I had stopped after the second third I would be happy." -Matthew T. (A Huge Nerd)

·"This cigar offered up a nice balanced mix of cedar and coffee throughout. Some cocoa, orange zest and leather kept me engaged while the bookend pepper was a nice addition. Maybe not a special occasion smoke, it's certainly one to keep on hand." -Gregg (McGreggor57)

·"If this cigar had captured the final 3rd throughout it would have been great, unfortunately, there was too much chemical flavor during the first two 3rds to reccomend this cigar to anyone." -Craig (WyldKnyght)

·“If you are looking for a well constructed Connecticut shade cigar this might be it. This cigar reminded me of a lighter version of the Quesada 40th Corona Clasica. The fruit on the retrohale mixed in with the pepper and cinnamon on the palate and the sweetness in the back of the throat were all very enjoyable. I easily recommend this cigar if your palate yearns for flavors in the mild strength category with body and complexity that hold up and build throughout the whole experience.” –Matt C. (Big Matt)
“Some robust flavors of charred oak, leather and pepper transitioned nicely to a smooth oak and leather profile. The highlights of toast and mint allowed the palate to rest a bit. The final third, however, became a tad bitter.” -Gregg (McGreggor57)
