"Other than the bitterness in the final third, this was an excellent smoke. I will definitely smoke this again once I find out what it is. Bourbon, Peaty Scotch, and nearly any beer would pair well." -James H. (Keikan Jim)

·"In terms of transitions or flavor profile changes this cigar really didn't have any. That's not to say it wasn't an enjoyable smoke though. The core flavors of pepper, cedar, sweetness, leather, and espresso worked really well together. I couldn't say that this cigar wowed me but it was a really nice cigar with just enough going on to keep my interest. Depending on price I would say you should definitely give this cigar a try. ·"This was probably one of my most favorite reviews that I have done. I was dreading initially smoking this cigar only because of the vitola and amount of time I knew was required. However, as soon as the first third started and the flavor profile showed itself, I was hooked. Between the good balance of earth and barnyard, to the coffee and creamy finish, this cigar had an overall complexity that was second to none. You will need to block off a solid amount of time, but by no means will you be disappointed. This cigar will go well with coffee, libations, or a Pepsi. Enjoy these as much as possible." -Steve (ThaGreatWazoo)
In 2016, La Barba Cigars released a cigar called One and Only. At the time, La Barba Founder Tony Bellatto touted the cigar as having well aged tobaccos and a uniques profile. Tony now has a new version to release in 2018 at the IPCPR trade show in Las Vegas. The new iteration of One and Only will be a 5-country blend with an average age of 10 years per leaf, and wrapped in Ecuadorian Habano.
Diesel has been a well know presence in cigar shops and from online retailers for a number of years now. Very soon, fans of the brand will have another reason to smile, as Diesel presents Whiskey Row. As with the rest of the Diesel portfolio, they are blended by AJ Fernandez. This cigar was also developed in conjunction with Rabbit Hole Bourbon, a new distillery in the bourbon category. Whiskey Row uses some binder leaves that were aged in bourbon barrels, using a proprietary process developed by AJ to enhance the profile of the cigar.

·"I was honestly surprised by this cigar. When I saw the three different wrappers I was immediately a little suspicious that it was going to be what I call a “hokey” cigar. Gimmick without much to it. I was pleasantly surprised by the consistent good flavor notes and the ability of the cigar to transition fairly seamlessly into the next type of wrapper. It didn’t go from nothing to a beat down and that impressed me more than anything. It kept building in intensity but in a very mild yet noticeable way. This is a great cigar for a herf where everyone can share what they are getting from this unusual cigar configuration. I’d smoke it again!" -Diana (ArmyRN)
MoyaRuiz Cigars and Smoke Inn have collaborated to create the 13th installment in the Microblend series: Hand Gripper. With a unique presentation, the two cigars actually connect together with a spring to resemble a real pair of hand grippers, a workout tool used to exercise the hand muscles.

·"If I were to make my own cigar, it would look much like this. It was almost painful to put this cigar down. The savory qualities kept me coming back to it, distracting me from other things (like the kiddo crying about her ball rolling into the street.) It wouldn't be hard to put this cigar into regular rotation, and when this is posted, I'll probably find a box. While there wasn't a whole lot of transition in flavors, what flavors it has keeps you coming back for more." -Isaac M. (The Nothing)
"I struggled with the rating on this one. I ended up giving it the benefit of the doubt and rating it "good" instead of "fair" because it was not in my wheelhouse. Overall, I wouldn't want to smoke it again. It strikes me as very similar to several homerolls I've tried, the flavor profile was overly syrupy, and lacked clarity. I tend to prefer a cleaner flavor profile. It's not for me, but fans of sweet cigars or sumatra wrappers might appreciate this one." -Derek (StogieNinja)
Over the years, the cigar industry has seen many special releases for the Tobacconist Association of America (TAA). Of those releases, many of the biggest brands in the industry have been represented, with a notable exception. Gurkha Cigars, one of the most widely recognized premium cigar brands in the world, never released a limited TAA Exclusive cigar. That all changes this year.
