"This cigar was on the stronger side of medium and delivered some solid flavors. There was a nice mix of natural sweetness with the cedar and nutmeg while coffee and oak added a richness to the profile. The middle was a little lacking once the coffee disappeared, but the remaining flavors were still good. I would definitely smoke this one again." -Gregg (McGreggor57)

"Loved it, perfect way to wind down after a day of screaming kids and dealing with broken cars. I don't drink much so I compare flavors to what would pair well with my drink of choice which is coffee, and let me tell you, this was a perfect match. Only issue I had was, I wanted another. "I find myself enjoying this more while reflecting back on it. The flavor profile was a very traditional style Nicaraguan with tobacco, cedar, leather, and pepper but it all worked very well when taken as a whole. The retrohale provided a bit of a break from the draw and even though the draw was a bit tight it was a good cigar for what it was. It's not a game changing cigar but it's a solid smoke and certainly worth your time. " -Alan (Eulogy)
"This stick took me for a ride that I didnt expect. Prior to lighting it I thought I would be smoking something medium to full in strength, with earthy qualities and that the stick would be very much "in your face". What I got instead was a fairly complex stick that was closer to the mild side of the strength equation with light, but pronounced flavors. Instead of an after an evening meal type smoke, I ended up with a cigar that I think would be extremely nice with a morning cup of coffee. The cigar had excellent flavor until the wrapper unraveled. This caused most of the flavor to leave for the last third. Prior to this issue, the flavors were very enjoyable, with enough transitions to keep me interested. I'm looking forward to finding out what this cigar is as it is definitely worth at least a 5 pack purchase. I think it has lots of aging potential as well." -Dan (Danfish)

"I really liked this cigar. My only complaints were the somewhat muddy flavors of the final third and the stick's overall average smoke production. The flavors of this smoke were very well-blended and played off of one another really well. I really liked the sweetness in the flavor profile because it was never cloying or ordinary -- always buttressed by cedar and toast. The performance of this lancero was surprisingly stellar. With a medium strength and perfectly complex body, this stick would pair well with a sweet tea after lunch, or, because of the cigar's slightly-sweet profile, a fresh vanilla milkshake." -Ryan (Youngryan216)

"Overall, a very good cigar. The first two thirds of the cigar was awesome. It really kept me on my toes of trying to figure out that "wood fire" and "hickory bbq" note. I would happily get a fiver of this cigar. A couple to smoke now and a few to smoke within the half year marks. Great way to end my BMP review year with this tastiness!" -Jiunn (jliu)
