Today, Crowned Heads released details of their upcoming seventh annual release of their Las Calaveras line: Las Calaveras EL 2020. The line debuted in 2014 as a tribute to those who passed away the previous year and to celebrate life and memories, as opposed to a mournful symbol of sadness and death. Each year the line pays tribute to 4 specific people who passed the previous year with a set of initials on each of four coins on the band.
For Crowned Heads, the primary feature, after releasing the Las Calaveras 2015 earlier in the year, was the La Imperiosa.

·Every year we put together a list of our Top 25 Cigars of the Year. Our list is a bit different from some other lists, it is not simply a rehashing of our top scores from the year, or one person's opinion. We gave each of our panelists 10 votes to cast how they please for what they enjoyed the most in 2019. The order of their votes matter, so their #1 pick is worth twice as much as #10. The cigars do not have to have been reviewed by Blind Man's Puff, but the panelist must have smoked it.
The "Crafted By JR: Crowned Heads" cigar, a collaboration with Crowned Heads and Jon Huber, offers a medium-bodied profile with Nicaraguan fillers and an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper. Priced at $11.50 per stick, the reviewers enjoyed it for its balanced flavors, good construction, and enjoyable smoking experience, despite some one-dimensionality.

The Cigar Media Association, of which Blind Man's Puff is a member, is pleased to announce the 2014 Cigar Industry Award Winners. With the establishment of the Cigar Media Association in 2014, the 14 members involved in the association wanted to create an award ceremony where they could honor and celebrate the companies and individuals in the cigar industry. This marks the first time a collaborative effort among various brands of the cigar media have come together for such a process.
"This cigar was a most excellent after dinner cigar. It embodied almost exactly what you'd want from a dessert cigar. No I'm not talking about that artificial sweetness you get from flavored cigars, but instead I'm talking about the richness and perfect body that hits just right. On top of that, it is so well made that I found myself admiring it while smoking it. Definitely the highlight of my day and would not be opposed to picking up more." -Doug S. (Unpossible_1)
