Blind Cigar Review: KILO | Toro

“I was kind of surprised by this cigar. Normally, I find that dark leafed cigars have a boldness to the flavor and strength that carry out through the entirety of the experience. The build up in strength, especially at the end, wasn’t present in this the cigar. The first third was by far my favorite and had the boldest flavors found; while the last two thirds seemed muted in comparison. It wasn’t a bad cigar but it did leave me wanting more in terms of flavor and complexity.” -Alan (Eulogy)

Blind Cigar Review: Foundation | El Güegüense Torpedo

“I absolutely loved this cigar. This was one of the best cigars I have reviewed this year, if not the best. Whatever it is will be a contender for cigar of the year for sure. The flavors were plentiful, balanced and interesting. Construction was top-notch. I highly recommend everyone try this cigar, and I will buy a box. Highly recommend this.” -Emmett (BMP_Emmett)

Blind Cigar Review: Matilde | Oscura Toro Bravo

“Wow. Once i got past the slow start, the cigar really opened up. Medium to full flavor and just a tremendous profile that balanced well off of each other. Nicely done. Grab these, let some sit, and watch them grow into something truly special.” -Steve (ThaGreatWazoo)

Blind Cigar Review: Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust | Sobremesa Corona Grande

“I really enjoyed this cigar and I think just about everyone else would. The flavors were classic, but unique enough to make it box-worthy. The transitions were subtle, but for the experienced smoker, enough to keep you engaged. The first third was the best, but I think with some rest, these will get even more tastier. Highly recommend this.” -Emmett (BMP_Emmett)

Blind Cigar Review: Balmoral | Anejo XO Rothschild Masivo

“Cedar dominated my sample, but the chocolate held it’s own to create a smooth finish. The leather that developed halfway through did a nice job of of balancing the flavors. While the additional coffee and allspice created some other dimensions that made this a solid cigar.” -Gregg (McGreggor57)

Blind Cigar Review: Warped | El Oso Cub

“Excellent cigar. Although not in my typical flavor wheelhouse, I appreciate a rich and powerful cigar. This will be great to smoke a couple of after a grilled fatty steak (like a bone in ribeye). This will probably also hold very well to whiskey, cutting some of the chili bite. I’d seek out a fiver.” -Jiunn (jliu)

Blind Cigar Review: A. Flores | 1975 Serie Privada Capa Maduro SP52

“This was a nice cigar full of robust flavors. The occasional anise, chocolate and tea created a nice contrast to the woodsy and earth tones. The balance was a little off near the end as the leather faded, but I would certainly smoke another one.” -Gregg (McGreggor57)
