This is a very unique cigar, very different from anything else in the Man O’ War line. The others in the line offer a very pointed palate, they focus on one or two flavors, this one is very complex and balanced. The Immortal is not as strong as the Ruination, but definitely stronger than the original line. This is definitely the best of the Man O’ War line possibly sans the Armada.

·Every year we put together a list of our Top 25 Cigars of the Year. Our list is a bit different from some other lists, it is not simply a rehashing of our top scores from the year, or one person's opinion. We gave each of our panelists 10 votes to cast how they please for what they enjoyed the most in 2019. The order of their votes matter, so their #1 pick is worth twice as much as #10. The cigars do not have to have been reviewed by Blind Man's Puff, but the panelist must have smoked it.
"This could easily become my go to morning smoke with a cup of coffee. The mild beginning transitioned to some bolder flavors nicely. Each third developed a distinct profile and stayed true. The leather really balanced the char and pepper, with the dark roast coffee at the end being a pleasant surprise." -Gregg (McGreggor57)
"I know plenty of people that would love this cigar from beginning to end. I personally just had that little trouble with the last half of the last third and it is really hard to find a word the best describes the turmoil the only word I could come up with is bitter but that isnt a fair description of the situation. Because the profile was balanced throughout the whole experience, maybe just too full for me would be a better description." -Ryan H. (Ryan H.)
The Diesel Vintage Series will introduce the Natural blend on March 1, featuring aged Nicaraguan tobaccos and an Ecuadorian wrapper, aiming for complexity and boldness at a reasonable price.
Zander-Greg, Inc., is celebrating its twenty years as a national distributor of tobacco products with a new, special edition New World boutique cigar line. The circumstances in which this cigar is offered are a rarity … it is a brand manufactured and owned by AJ Fernandez, but with a slightly “tweaked” blend that is solely Zander-Greg’s.
Previously made by the Fuente family in the Dominican Republic for many years, Sosa cigars are now the property of A.J. Fernandez, who will also be producing them in Nicaragua and distributing them, as well. The Sosa cigar portfolio was previously owned by Sosa Cigars, also known as Antillian Cigar Corp.
What you call the red stuff you put on top of you pasta is probably either Sauce or Gravy. This is a hotly debated topic still to this day and has been for decades. Now Diesel is making a cigar to throw their hat in the ring for Gravy, Sunday Gravy to be exact.
"Overall a pretty damn good cigar. If you like dipping into the spice cabinet realm this one is for you. I detected notes all over, from cinnamon to nutmeg to all spice to cumin. Tasted like I was smoking a Thanksgiving dessert. Very warm and nice flavors. Due to the strength, I would recommend this as an after dinner smoke and pair with a bourbon or blended whiskey and a piece of pie." -Adam B. (Bushboy)
