The blend, combining Sky Flower and Moon Garden, uses a Jalapa Shade Grown Corojo ’99 wrapper and Nicaraguan fillers. Despite a few construction issues, reviewers praised its robust flavor profile and distinctive 109 shape.
Crowned Heads has announced a limited edition version of its new Mil Días brand - Mil Días Mareva EL XX (2020). This new cigar uses the same blend as the original but comes in a new size, the traditional Cuban Mareva vitola (5 1/8" x 42), a corona Only 1000 cabinets of 30 will be made. The Mil Días Mareva EL XX will cost $8.95 per cigar, and is rolled at Tabacalera Pichardo in Esteli, Nicaragua, under the supervision of Don Eradio Pichardo. Mil Días Mareva EL XX will ship November.

"This is a story of the individual parts of this cigar. Initially, I wasn’t convinced I would enjoy the smoke because it really blasted my sinuses on the retro. Each portion, however, changed so significantly that I almost felt like I was smoking a totally new cigar after the transition.
