"Overall, this was a very very good medium bodied smoke that anyone could enjoy with an awesome first two thirds and a decent last third that wasn’t as impressive as the first two. The natural peanut butter flavor is what sold me on this cigar, who doesn’t like the great taste of a natural creamy peanut butter oozing with oils and deliciousness? "This was a decent cigar although the lemon citrus notes almost became too much for me at one point. I enjoyed the woodiness and the hints of leafy vegetation and mild nuttiness that was there from time to time. Gurkha Cigars has announced the re-release of their Castle Hall Nicaragua line. The original line came out in 2003 and is considered grandfathered into new FDA regulations. Gurkha Castle Hall Nicaragua is an extension of the regular Castle Hall line, which is focused on value and made in the Dominican Republic. The Nicaragua version is being rolled at ACC (Cacitrasa) in Esteli, Nicaragua.
Mombacho Cigars S.A. announced today, the shipment of their annual Cosecha release, with this year's being named the Mombacho Cosecha 2015. This years blend contains only tobacco from the year 2015 as the name suggests. The word cosecha translates to harvest. The blend is a Nicaraguan puro and will be available to buy July 1st.

"Really well crafted and lovingly made cigar that is probably the polar opposite of what appeals to my palate. Very crisp, bright and dry flavors. In the early portion there were some fairly negative points offering bitterness and astringency. Overall a fairly mild cigar that may appeal to devotees of a more classic Connecticut flavor profile.
